This is a special edition to my work as it includes two huge loves: Ashtanga Yoga and my kids.
The Ashtanga practice can seem daunting during pregnancy or the postpartum phase. I offer ways to navigate the practice which supports mothers physically, physiologically, and emotionally. We look at how to modify poses so that they are safe and nurturing for mum and baby, and how to adapt the practice so that it is sustainable and beneficial.
This practice is for Pregnant Moms and Moms who already have an established practice, or for postpartum moms who are looking to build an Ashtanga practice.
Children are more than welcome to join in.
All classes are in the comforts of your own home or in a yoga studio, and adapted to all levels and abilities. Please specify desired location when booking.
